We are committed to protecting your privacy.

We collect information in order to process your orders and for our recording purposes only and will never sell or give personal information to others for any reason.

If you order a catalog from us, you are opting to be added to our catalog mailing list ONLY. (Catalog currently unavailable)

This website uses 'session' cookies which are temporary cookies that remain in the cookie file of your browser until you leave the website. These cookies cannot be used by themselves to identify you and your visit. You may choose to disable cookies in your web browser privacy settings in which case it will not affect your visit to our website or affect your online shopping activities.

Security

Your order is placed through a secure server and the information is automatically encrypted. Your confidential information in transmitted from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). We use a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. Our server sits behind an electronic firewall that is not directly connected to the internet and has received a PCI Compliance Scan Alert Certification that is recognized by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.

Processing and shipping

All orders are processed next business day (subject to credit approval). Many of our products are made to order to assure freshness and quality. Our goal is to ship your product within 48 hours, providing we have a fresh product on hand. If there will be a delay in processing your order, you will receive a phone call or an email.

Shipping fees displayed at check out are for standard shipping. (3-7 days). Should you require expedited services, please send us an email with the items, quantity you wish to purchase and the shipping address in order to receive a quote for the price of shipping prior to placing an order.

 

If you order through the mail, you  have the option of paying in advance for USPS or UPS overnight.  US Postal Service is $23.00 and UPS is 24.00.

 

Deliveries to APO/FPO military addresses are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Please allow 10-15 business days to receive your package. There is no added charge to the purchaser, we will pay any added shipping costs.

For international, or large orders (over $300.00), please contact us by email with the items, quantity and the shipping address, we will provide you with the costs for shipping these special orders.

Shipping charges for international orders are based on estimated weight of product. Customs, duty and general services taxes or value added taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. International customers should check with their customs office.

We are unable to ship to regions currently assigned economic or trade sanctions by the United States of America.

Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we will not offer a money back guarantee, we will however replace a product if the incorrect item was shipped. Our handling fee, charged to you, for replacement products is 15% of the cost of the product. Please email us for return instructions.

Disclaimer

It is important for all consumers to read the labels on any products.

We will continue to provide information describing the ingredients that go into our skin care products. Please remember that all bath, body and skin care products should be applied with clean hands and containers should be kept as clean as possible in order to avoid contamination. Storing them away from direct sunlight and in a cool, dry area will prolong the shelf life.

If you have a skin condition we recommend you consult your physician prior to using any new product. Should irritation occur, please discontinue use immediately.

We assume no liability in the misuse of our products, they are intended for external use only.
